The journey to create FLYGA has been a lengthy one, taking 3 years, 4 patents, and countless hours to get off the ground. Inspired by the utility, simplicity, and beauty of Swedish design after visiting the hometown of my great grandmother, the name FLYGA, which means "to fly" in Swedish, was a natural choice. Adventure, exploration, and ingenuity are all woven into the Scandinavian heritage that FLYGA embodies.

The idea for FLYGA was born when my wife and I were traveling to Europe, and she accidentally crushed her coffee in the seat pocket before I could even buckle my seatbelt. I sat there for 8 hours thinking, "there must be a better way." Soon after, FLYGA, the versatile airplane drink and phone holder, was born.

FLYGA is unique for several reasons - it's proudly made in the USA, it solves multiple problems faced by frequent flyers, and its simple, durable design makes it easy to use with one hand.
